I map how customers find you, book you, and come back. Then I seal the leaks.

Helping businesses build connected digital systems. In plain English: I make sure the people already searching for a business like yours get found, get booked, and hear back, instead of falling through the cracks.

What I do

Every job you win travels the same path.

A customer searches, finds you, tries to book, waits to hear back, and either lands on your calendar or quietly hires someone else. Then, if things went well, they come back and tell their neighbors.

Most local businesses do not lose jobs because the work is bad. They lose them at the handoffs, where one piece of the path stops talking to the next. A connected digital system just means those pieces talk to each other. That is what I build.

01

Search to booking

A homeowner finds a landscaper's profile, likes the photos, then hits a dead end: no way to book. They call the next name on the list.

02

Request to reply

A contractor's quote form drops requests into an inbox nobody checks mid-season. By the time someone replies, the customer has already hired.

03

Quote to follow-up

A roofer sends the price and moves on to the next job. The customer was not saying no. They were waiting for whoever followed up first.

One sealed path, from searched to booked to back again.

How it works

Map first. Seal second.

I'll show you where it's leaking for free. Sealing it is the paid part.
01

Map the leaks, free

I walk the path your customers actually take, from the first search to the booked job, and mark every spot where jobs are leaking out. That is the Lead-Path Map, and it costs nothing.

02

Seal them

If you want the leaks sealed, that is the paid part. I fix the handoffs the map found. No agency layers, no big project you did not ask for.

03

More jobs, less chasing

The customers already finding you make it to your calendar, and follow-up runs itself. Same searches, more booked jobs, evenings back.

Proof

What happened when LJM Construction sealed the leaks.

Nathan runs LJM Construction here in Vancouver. I mapped his whole path from search to booked, showed him the two places jobs were leaking out, and sealed them. His words: “everybody loves the website.”
